Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return your Magnetic Strap for a full refund or exchange only in the case of a manufacturer's production defect or in case of damage to the product during shipment, and if the product has not been used. In the case of a return for refund, the original shipping costs will be refunded, plus you will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $2.00 return postage costs.

In the case of an exchange, you will be reimbursed a maximum of $2.00 in return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 21 business days of our receiving your return.

We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. Use the return address for TEK-Research.com contained in your order. TEK-Research.com is not responsible for lost returns.
