All items will be shipped in a plain box in such a way as to protect your privacy.

TEK-Research.com ships via the United States Postal Service.  We charge a flat rate of $4.95 per order to addresses in Canada.  For a quotation as to international shipping and handling prices outside Canada and the U.S. Territories, please contact us for information.  International orders may be subject to taxes, duties and customs.

If your order is placed by use of credit card, depending upon your location within the United States, we estimate that delivery may take 10 to 14 business days from the date of your order.  Delivery outside the continental United States may take longer than those time periods.  If your order is placed through use of a check, an additional 5 business days processing time will be required in order to allow your check to clear the bank.
